Add a new layer and name it right ear. Load from Disk > right ear.sel and floodfill with #808080. Now go to Selections> Invert and apply this drop shadow:
Now open your palette and drag this layer below the inner ear layer. Deselect. Add a new layer and name it hat fur. Load from Disk > hat fur.sel Now open your tube palette and select clouds scale 50% step 100 and fill the selection several times until you get the effect you like. Deselect. No drop shadow. Add a new layer and name it hat. Load from Disk > hat.sel and floodfill with a red...I used the color #C00000. Selections > Invert and apply the same drop shadow as you did for the body. Deselect. Add a new layer and name it pompom. Load from Disk > pompom.sel. Now floodfill with your Clouds tubes the same as you did for the hat fur. Deselect. No drop shadow. Add a new layer and name it sack. Load from Disk > sack.sel and floodfill with #C00000 and invert and apply the same drop shadow as the hat. Now reapply the drop shadow changing the v and h to minus 3 (-3). Deselect. Now all that is left is some details and his face. Add a new layer and name it eyes. Using your draw tool, with your foreground color set at black and your background color set at white, and these settings:
draw an eye.
