For this tutorial you will need:

Trail Version of PSP 8 ~download a full version here

Eye Candy 3.1 

My file ~ download it here.

Right click on my color chart and "Save As" and open it up in PSP.

Open a new transparent image 600 X 700:

Add a New Raster Layer.  Name this layer face and go to Selections> Load from Disk> face.sel.  Flood fill with black and go to Selections> Modify>  Contract by 2 and flood fill with the second color on the chart.  Deselect.

Add a New Raster Layer and name it eyes.  Load from Disk> eyes.sel and flood fill with black and go to Selections> Modify>  Contract by 2 and flood fill with the blue (sixth color on chart). Leave selected.  Go to Effect> 3D Effect> Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect.

Add a New Raster Layer and name it eyelids and Load from Disk> eyelids.sel.  Flood fill with black.  Deselect.

 

 

Add a New Raster Layer and name it eyebrows.  Load from Disk> eyebrows.sel and flood fill with white.   Leave selected.  Go to Effect> Plugins> Eye Candy> Jiggle and use these settings:

Deselect.

Add a New Raster Layer and name it mustache,  Load from Disk> mustache.sel and flood with black and go to Selections> Modify> Contract by 2 and flood fill with white.  Leave selected. Go to Effects> Pluggins> Eye Candy> Jiggle and apply these settings:

Go to Effects> 3D Effects> Inner Bevel and apply these settings:

Deselect.
