Add a New Raster Layer and name it head and Load from Disk > head.sel and floofill with #A76507 and go to Selections > Modify > Contract by 2 and floodfill with #F0CFA0.  Deselect.  Now open my face.psp up and go to Edit > Copy and then go to your image and Edit > Paste > As  New Selection and position on the head to your liking.

Add a New Raster Layer and name it hair. Be sure that you loaded the tube hair_blonde.psp in your tubes in PSP 7.  Activiate your Picture Tube Selector on the Tool Pallet and use these settings:

Add hair on one side of his head like this:

Now we are going to go to your Layer Pallet and be sure you are on the hair layer and right click and select duplicate and you will have a copy of this hair layer.  Now go to Images > mirror and use your Mover Tool if it needs positioning better.   It should look like mine:

This would be a good place to merge all layers.  Go to your Layer Pallet and hide Layer 1 and go to Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.
