Add a new layer and name it roof.  Load from Disk > roof.sel and floodfill with #C6A2A2.  Go to Effects > Texture Effects > Textures > and apply Stucco with these settings:

(Tip:  since the textures are different on individual computers here is a trick...on the open dropdown box in Textures hover over the individual textures and it will give you the name of the texture.)

Deselect.

Add a new layer and name it roof trim.  Load from Disk > roof trim.sel and floodfill with #C6A2A2 and apply the same texture as the roof.  Deselect.

Add a new layer and name it roof trim2.  Load from Disk > roof trim2.sel  Open your color palette and select  your patterns: 

and set on Landscape Rocks (included in my zip) using these settings:

the apply this inner bevel:

Deselect.

Add a new layer and name it building.  Load from Disk > building.sel and floodfill with #C6A2A2 and apply the same texture as you did for the roof.  Deselect.

Add a new layer and name it brick.  Load from Disk > brick.sel.  Floodfill with the same pattern, same settings as you did for the roof trim.  Apply an inner bevel using these settings:

Deselect.
