My graphics are all Linkware.

You may ask what is linkware?

Linkware graphics are free for use, you in return include a link back to the artist on the page the graphics are used. And generally refers to graphics used on personal sites only.

You may use any of the graphics in my background section free of charge on your personal sites, providing you follow these rules:

You may not use ANY of my sets/graphics on ANY site that has extreme profanity, pornography, animal cruelty, racism or hatred towards others.

You must download the graphics to your own computer. Do not link directly to the graphics as I change the folders and extensions regularly. You might suddenly find yourself with a lot of "broken" graphics images if you do.

You may use the graphics free of charge in return for a link back to JCW Designs (http://jcwdesigns.com) on the same page which any of my graphics are used. Each set comes with its own matching logo button, for this purpose. Please use it. My work is copyrighted.

Commercial sites must email me for permission to use these graphics! In most cases, commercial sites will be asked to pay a small user fee. If in doubt, a Commercial site could be considered any site that offers items for sale or on which an individual or organization is promoting products or services. .

You may not alter any of these graphics in any way without my express permission.

You may not claim to have created the graphics yourself and you may not offer them for sale, or in any other graphics collection, on or offline.

You must assume that everything on this site is copyrighted and all rights reserved.

An email letting me know which set you've chosen, and the URL where you're using my graphics would be nice, and greatly appreciated.

Pre-existing linkware set with the graphics as shown.
Personal Use ~ Free
Commercial Use ~ $35 US dollars

Basic Set ~ Exclusive Use with link:
Pre-existing linkware set with the graphics as shown.
Once payment is received, I will remove the graphics from my site and they will not be available to anyone else. Although, it is possible that the set is in use on another web page, since it has been available in the linkware graphics section.
If you remove the logo and link to my site, the graphics will be put back into circulation.
Price ~ $70 US dollars

Basic Set ~ Exclusive Use without link:
Pre-existing linkware set with graphics as shown.
Graphics set may be used to build one web site only.
Link back to JCW Designs is not required.
Graphics may not be altered in any way.
I retain all copyrights to the graphics.
Price ~ $100 US dollars

Additional Text: Adding text to a pre-existing button, header/title image ~ $5 US dollars.

Custom Design Work: Price ~ $35 US dollars per hour.
